SINGLE BEAM CONVEYOR
This type of conveyor is particularly suited for applications in small spaces and when well-defined objects must be handled and guided.
The main feature of this system is its compactness. Arrays of fixed (or mobile) elements may be combined with adjustments by means of worm screw or on with belt on guides.
Both the drive and the conveyor tensioning system are arranged on the supporting beam to make the system completely self-contained.
No fewer than three conveying elements can be arranged on the same system:
- plastic material slat chain
- polyurethane toothed belt with or without porters
- roller chain with or without buffer elements, simple or double
All elements are available in assembly kits or as accessories for your own installation.
These conveyors also integrate perfectly with the entire Dierre range.
ROLLER BEDS

MODULAR ACCUMULATION CHAIN
This type of conveyor has been designed for applications where the accumulation of the product to be handled is required, limiting pressure to a minimum.
The flexibility of the Dierre system allows the use of all types of plastic modular chains (acetal, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc.) on the market, depending on the size, weight and speed of handling of the product.
Using modular chain conveyors allows:
- Excellent medium/high speed performance.
- No need for centring.
- High durability over time.
- Possibility of using conveyors in sequence, without direct/lateral passage problems.
There are three possible motor configurations:
- Motor directly on the drive axis.
- Motor transferred to drive axle shaft.
- Central motor with transfer to small diameter extremities.
All the motors are adaptable to all types of geared motors on the market.
This line of conveyors also integrates perfectly with the entire range of systems manufactured by the Dierre Group.
TABLE-TOP ARTICULATED CHAIN
The TableTop conveyor chains are designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications where it is necessary to move the product to be handled with the possibility of build-up and eventually perform lateral transfers without centring problems.
The flexibility of the system designed by the Dierre Group allows the use of all types of TableTop conveyor chains available on the market, made from plastic or steel, depending on the product’s size, weight and speed of handling and can be applied to any industrial sector.
It is possible to add curvilinear sectors to straight modules, still driven by the same motor that guarantee perfect sliding even in difficult environments.
There are two motor configurations:
• Direct motor drive on the drive axle.
• Motor drive transferred to the drive axle shaft.
All motors are adaptable to all types of geared motors on the market.
This line of conveyors perfectly integrates with the entire range of systems offered by the Dierre Group.
