ROLLER AND PROFILES
Linear roller guidance systems consist of a guide rail, a standard carriage plate and rollers. The rails are made of anodized, extruded aluminium (available in various sections) on which the round sliding bars in chromium-plated hardened steel are fixed through bevelling.
Thanks to the rollers being on an eccentric pin, it is possible to achieve perfect coupling with the bars and determine the desired preload. The rollers have greased for life 2RS protectors and can be with an ogival or a “V” profile with a 120° gap; the latter allow the impurities present in some work environments to be discharged better.

GD - GDS - IL SYSTEM
These refer to the range of pre-assembled components for the realization of linear guidance roller systems, simple and economical solutions, with good precision. The basic components of the previous section are assembled on specific carriages, sized for use on the relative profiles, to create linear systems. The linear systems consist of the Trolley with relative Roller and Profile.
IMPORTANT: “Fy” must only be applied on the roller side with a concentric pin. Warning: the Carriage Code includes the supply of a single assembled carriage (the guide profile is excluded). When ordering, also specify the quantity and lengths of the type of profile.
MONORAIL SYSTEM
Monorails are self-supporting single-rail guides with Delrin rollers that allow high sliding speeds and good positioning accuracy. They are among the easiest and most economical motorized sliding systems and/or easily guided, also applicable in harsh environments.
