During the first commercial meeting in 2018, the Chairman Giuseppe Rubbiani expressed satisfaction for the ambitious goals achieved, where all the Group divisions grew significantly.
During 2017 the Dierre Group has sustained important and significant renovations inside the factories thanks to the addition of modern machines to increase their production capacity.
In the Fiorano plant alone an important refurbishment that involved both the productive part and the technical/commercial/administrative part was completed.
New machines have been purchased and installed at all the group’s operational sites, vertical automatic warehouses for the optimization of warehouse management in terms of space and time, new machining centres with innovative CAD CAM 4.0 technology that we have integrated to generate precision on many types of aluminium profiles. Thanks to the perfect integration of the mechanical components and IT systems developed in all the companies of the Dierre Group, we have direct control over production; parameters that correspond perfectly to the guidelines that contribute to the evolution towards Industry 4.0.
New pantographs were also installed for the processing of plastic materials in perimeter and exposed protection. The machines allow error-free machining to be performed in order to be competitive both for the reduction of processing times and costs.
Change also on an organizational level, as part of a plan dedicated to the growth of the Group, with the appointment of the new Group sales manager Matteo Zaniboni who, with a solid experience in the motion drive field, will collaborate with the Management and with the internal sales force, coordinating strategies and actions in order to strengthen and enhance the service offered by the Dierre Group.
Among the new entries is Salvatore Iovino, responsible for the production coordination of the entire group, who will carry out the primary task of checking all the departments of the individual sites, from production to purchases and optimizing the organization between the headquarters and the Dierre Group’s operational sites.
In the sales force organization field, Luca Gasperoni will be the new agent for the Romagna area.
