Dierre Decatech srl, company within the Dierre Group that is specialized in the design, development and marketing of technological solutions for industry, has taken over Bassanese Protezioni Antinfortunistiche srl, the historic Malo (VI) company active in the same industrial field.
The new ownership, represented by Giuseppe Rubbiani and Andrea Carpin, signed the acquisition agreement on July 6, 2017.
“For Dierre Decatech, this is a significantly strategic operation with a view to strengthening the Veneto and Italian market. By purchasing Bassanese Protezioni Antinfortunistiche, Dierre Decatech strengthens its expertise in the field” said Andrea Carpin, head of the Padua office.
Bassanese Protezioni Antinfortunistiche is one of the most qualified Italian companies in the industrial component sector and was founded in 1984. Its specialization is the construction of structural aluminium profiles and machine and perimeter edge protections for automatic machines, in other words technological solutions to prevent accidents at work and to protect the safety of operators.
It turned over 2.2 million euro in 2016 and employs 15 people.
The current levels of employment in Bassanese Protezioni Antinfortunistiche will remain unchanged as well as the production, commercial and administrative sites, currently located in Malo.
This operation will make Bassanese Protezioni Antinfortunistiche part of the Dierre Group.
