At Hannover Fair 2017 we presented the Smart Technologies solutions of Dierre Group applied to the manufacturing world.
The outcome of the fair confirmed our expectations: Hannover Messe is an international showcase dedicated to the most innovative technological proposals for the industry.
Visitors have been able to know and see these solutions:
- Eco-Line and Fast-Line safety guards for the protection of working stations, characterized by a wide range of customization and ISO / FDIS 14120: 2015 security standards.
- Eco-Line protection guards are certified UNI EN ISO 14120: 2015 Point 5.18 Climbing.
- Fast-Line protection guards are made by a patented system for counterweighted vertical sliding panels.
- Cartesian DRD and Gantry robots, Delta Syncro and anthropomorphic robots developed by Dierre Robotics, the industrial division specialized in the study of production processes and development of robotic solutions.
- JUPITER 150NII, the anthropomorphic robot available in the 4 axes ½ and 5 axes ½. Made of aluminum alloy, it is safe in complex kinematics management, with extensive working area and total precision of executions.
- Precise and reliable linear guides, made by the Dierre Motion division, offering customized solutions for an increasingly demanding market. Different typologies available:
- Linear guides with inner shoe
- Linear screw guides
- Linear guides with internal wheels
- Linear guide “Easy Line” serie with external skates and wheels
- Vertical guides
- Monorail linear guides
- Conveyor belts with central drive, in the three fixed carpet widths 100mm / 160mm / 200mm designed by our Conveyor department.
