Dierre S.p.A. in Fiorano Modenese, has taken over 80% of the shares of Sintesi S.p.A., a leading manufacturer in Padua of industrial soundproofing, in particular for operator protection systems and stations on the “machinery”. It also specialises in the industrial plant engineering sector.
Sintesi is a strategic partner for Italian and international businesses that need to develop industrial design solutions for machinery and industrial plants.
Dierre Spa says that this strategic transaction aims to boost the Italian market where it is a key player. The technology, know-how and human assets built up over the years by Sintesi have become an integral part of the Group in Modena, which is starting to analyse functional efficiency and technological innovation in the field of industrial design too.
Sintesi recorded a turnover of about 12.5 million Euro in 2016 and employs 70 people. The headquarters and the production factories will remain in Saonara (Padua), to prove the excellence that the company has skilfully created and developed in the Veneto region.
The transaction was concluded on 25 July 2017 in Fiorano Modenese (MO) at the Diener notary office. This completes the growth plan through the acquisition of companies in Italy, which is backed by the Gradient I private equity fund.
The Dierre group currently employs 230 people and has an annual turnover of approximately 36 million Euros. It is able to guarantee the planning and production of several products including protective guards for automated machinery in both aluminium and steel, handling systems, and robotic solutions.
