Article. 1 of EU Regulation 679/2016 establishes rules concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as rules concerning the free movement of such data. The Regulation protects the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, in particular the right to the protection of personal data Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016. We inform you of the following: 1) the collection or anyway the processing of personal data has the purpose of being able to adequately perform its institutional activity; personal data will be processed in a lawful and transparent manner pursuant to art. 5, 6 of Reg. EU 679/2016 which regulate the processing methods and data requirements 2) the processing of data will be carried out even without the aid of electronic tools and will consist of any operation or set of operations defined by art. 4 para. 2. Reg. EU 679/2016 3) personal data may be communicated to third parties, who will become data processor, in order to perform the institutional activity in an appropriate manner and in compliance with the rules governing the subject, to: - parties who have been or are entrusted with the task of processing the data or for other IT services; - parties who have been or are entrusted with the task of providing advice on legal and contractual matters; - Public Administrations/Public Bodies for legal obligations and/or obligations related to their institutional activity 4) the person whose data is being processed can exercise the rights referred to in Chapter III Section 1 art. 12, Section 2 art.15, Section 3 art.16-22; 5) The data controller is Dierre S.p.A, with registered office in Fiorano (MO), Via Circ. San Giovanni Ev., 23 – 41040, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore. Rights of the interested party arts. 15-22 - Art. 15 Interested party’s right of access: the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation that personal data are being processed or not, and in this case to obtain access to personal data. Art.16 Right to rectification: the interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Taking into account the aim of the processing, the interested party has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration. Art. 17 Right to cancellation (<<right to be forgotten>>): the interested party has the right to obtain the deletion of personal data concerning him/her from the data controller without undue delay and the data controller is obliged to cancel personal data without undue delay, if there is one of the reasons set out in art. 17 para. 1 letter a, b, c, d, e, f, para. 2, para. 3 letter a,b,c,d,e. Art.18. Right of limitation to processing: The interested party has the right to obtain the limitation to the processing from the data controller when one of the scenarios referred to in article 18 para. 1 letter a,b,c,d, para. 2, para.3 is recurrent. Art. 19 Obligation to notify in case of rectification or cancellation of personal data or limitation to processing. The data controller communicates to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted the eventual corrections or cancellations or limitations of the processing carried out in accordance with article 16, with art. 17, paragraph 1, and article 18, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. The data controller informs the interested person of these recipients if the interested party requests it. Art.20 Right to data portability: the interested party has the right to receive from an automatic device, in a structured, commonly used and readable form, personal data concerning him/her provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the data controller to whom he/she provided them if the cases referred to in Article 20 paragraph 1 letter a, b, para. 2, 3, 4 arise. Art.21 Right to object. The interested party has the right to object at any time, for reasons connected with their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her pursuant to article 6, para. 1, letter e or f, including profiling based on these provisions. If personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the interested party has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for such purposes, including profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. If the interested party objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, personal data are no longer processed for these purposes.
